How do I restore HappyCapy Premium on a new or reset device?
Tap the ⚙️ Settings button on the title screen, answer the grown-ups check, then tap Restore purchases. Premium follows the Apple ID that bought it (and Family Sharing, if it's switched on).
Can my child play with no ads at all?
Yes. HappyCapy Premium removes the ads between games. Then, in ⚙️ Settings, switch off Allow ads for rewards — the optional "watch a video" rewards disappear too, so there are no ads anywhere. "Keep going" then costs 15 oranges instead of a short video.
What is the grown-ups check?
Before buying something, sharing or opening Settings, the game shows a number written in words (for example "forty-seven") and asks for it to be typed as digits. It keeps young players from making purchases or changes by accident.
How do I change ad privacy choices?
Where the law requires it, ⚙️ Settings has Ad privacy choices. On iPhone you can also change tracking permission any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Players who say they're under 13 only ever get non-personalised ads meant to be suitable for children, and are never asked about tracking.
My oranges and items are gone — what happened?
Oranges, items and scores are saved only on the device, so deleting the game (or moving to a new phone) starts fresh. HappyCapy Premium can always be restored — see above.
How do I delete my data?
Deleting the game from your device deletes everything it stored. We don't keep accounts or personal information. See the privacy policy for details about ads, Apple purchases and Game Center.
